Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to Canada only. However our products are available in other countries through different marketplaces, so if you need assistance please email us and we would be happy to make suggestions.
Do you offer special pricing?
We are happy to provide custom quotes and offer discounts on higher quantity orders.
Do you offer local pickup and delivery?
Local pickup is available for specific items on request.
What is your return policy?
We really want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 30 day return policy on most products. For details, please visit the Return Policy page.
How long does it take my order to arrive?
An order will normally ship in 2-4 business days, even if our store does not show stock available. Shipments reach most destinations in Canada within 1-6 business days. Expedited shipping is available, please contact us for information specific to the item you are interested in. Please note - due to the current pandemic many items take longer to ship than normal. Contact us for a lead time specific to the item you are interested in.
Is there a minimum order value?
We have no minimum order value. Discounted shipping is available for orders over a minimum order value.

Do you offer more products than are available on your website?
Yes - we have great suppliers that stock many, many more products ready for shipment. For example most 3M, Honeywell, Moldex, Fibre-Metal, Howard-Leight and Core products are available from local stock.
What are the Terms and Conditions of Purchase for Teravan branded products?
Please note that no one is authorized to resell Teravan products without our express consent. Warranties are non-transferable.
